Chadeaux, is looking the other way too difficult for you, or you can lock yourself up in your house. That way you'll have all the personal freedom you need
Chadeaux, Are you saying they don't have a right to be there dressed as they want, only you ,your wife and 16 year old have that right? Why don't you exercise your freedom of expression by laughing at them?
Laws are to protect us from harm not protect our personal preference. There are to many laws out there now. Look at our tax laws. so many special deductions and exemptions that no one knows for sure what is legal. How about something simple like a tax law that states " you make {X} # of dollars, you pay 15% tax." It could be that simple. Frank

Frankn: Yes, exactly. Just as I don't think pictures of child porn should be on t-shirts, nor do I believe that photos of persons engaged in sex should be allowed on t-shirts.
Even though these items are often cited as being free speech, they are destructive to a civilized society.
Laws are also there to protect the foolish. They need to enforce those laws so they don't have to enforce the laws against self-defense on me.
Laugh at those young hoodlums? That sometimes is legally defined as "inciting" them to violence. I work in the court system, and believe me, there is very little justice anymore. It's often called "bullying" as well by the court. Unfortunately for those young men, when they come after me (and they will . . . they are usually nothing more than wild animals without trainers), I would be forced to put an end to their behavior --- permanently.
No, those laws may actually be protecting the jackasses who can't figure out how to dress themselves, or their mommies are too lazy to teach them.
But seriously, guns don't reallly deter crime. Cops only carry guns because it makes them look cool.

It's OK if you disagree with me. I can't force you to be right --- or do right.

If they attach it to an indecent exposure ordinance it could have a chance of with standing court challenges since cities can set their own laws on what they consider "indecent exposure"....

Spart using your reasoning why can’t I walk naked down the street and everyone else just look away………
I fully understand how some feel it is an attack on our freedoms, but this is one small freedom I am more than willing to see attacked. Heck, I will help attack it… If it went to a county vote I would vote in favor… Some may not be exposed to it as much as others, here in Orlando it is a constant barage everywhere I go….
Heck it is against the law for to grow a single pot plant in my home, how is that hurting anyone…….?

HERE IS THE THING ABOUT RIGHTS, THEY'RE NOT SUPPOSED TO BE VOTED ON, THAT IS WHY THEY CALL THEM RIGHTS!
"If ye love wealth greater than liberty, the tranquility of servitude greater than the animating contest for freedom, go home from us in peace. We seek not your counsel, nor your arms. Crouch down and lick the hand that feeds you; and posterity forget that ye were our countrymen." --Samuel Adams
MY LIBERTY AND FREEDOMS ARE NOT YOURS TO GIVE OR TAKE!.......THEY DIDN'T MAKE US FREE, WE WERE BORN FREE, AS LONG AS WE HAVE THE 2ND AMENDMENT WE WILL REMAIN FREE!
Personally I find old people in wearing socks with shorts and fat people without shirts and people with excessive body hair to be obscene. One persons style is another persons obscenity!

I agree men should have to cover their chests at all times,
or women should be allowed to roam the streets & work Topless.
Why are Women considered Obscene while men aren't
yes there are cases where either one would make me cringe, but seriously.
I know I wouldn't want to see some guy bend over & let old one eye peak out,

I read somewhere that the low slung crack exposing britches started in prisons, it was a way of communicating that you were game for sex with other prisoners....nge

Now that is a rumor worth spreading around! Might get some people to think twice instead of making unnecessary laws.
