Funny that Jeff gave me this idea today, as he had to take a quick nap
There's nothing in the world like a good power nap. By a show of hands, how many love a good nap
Anyway, have you ever had a power nap, or if lucky, an ultra power nap
Ultra power naps are normally 5-8 times longer that a good power nap, considering a power nap is only about 20 minutes, you wake up fully charged. When I need to replenish my creative juices, I lay down for a quick nap. I remember one time I went for a power nap and ended up with an ultra nap and then some... 3 solid hours
You know you had a great rest when you wake up in a puddle of spittle and a wild dream to boot. Not only that, I had no clue if it was day, or night, or what day this really was. Now that's napping
I know there are some people that are unable to nap for whatever reason. I'm thankful I'm not one of them. So when and where do you nap. I'm lucky enough to fall asleep about anywhere, even at work
P.S. No animals, or little children were harmed during these nap events either.
