DISAGREE! The mind is bound by the constraints of the flesh. Infallible argument <---
    Yoda - fictional mystic
    Buddha - GOD

CHK not attainable in human form. <--- circular argument. To prove otherwise would be to leave human form.

Dream is subconscious past r.e.m. yet can be recalled. So its now conscious. Beyond disk clean up and file compression creative force in play.
As time allows sometimes i walk uninhibited and remember doing so, fast too!. Its not a sleep deprivation vision, or hallucination but another realm for sure.
Sleep starts with shudders, often with wild dream type sequence a minute or two followed by waking to start over with out sequence second time. Several years now.
Some dreams worth staying in. The point where mind is not bound by flesh being a favorite! Not either of your extremes but better than any waking feeling.

Don't disagree theoretically. Scientifically, theta stops at Stage IV sleep, prior to entering REM. Build up to REM as start of sleep is 45min to 1.5hours; unless sleep deprived, then REM rebound occurs. Dreams are vastly considered to be manifestation of subconscious. Lucid dreaming is merely being aware, does not change underlying subconscious content of dreams. Entering REM at end of night, sleep cycle much shortened...20min...at most.

And CONTINUE ON! PERSONAL MIND is NOT "contained" by the flesh; "case in point": Grocery Shopping for DOG FOOD. In YOUR mind, you can "see" where to go... EVEN be "there", in YOUR MIND. Your HUMAN BODY/BRAIN is very much "contained", and will have to travel in time AND space to get there. Yes, Yoda WAS written as fictional MYSTIC; TEACHINGS are VERY "real" and taken from BUDDHISM; the "The Way of the JEDI" is VERY similar to the BUDDHIST "Way of ADVANCED Buddhism "Life". Buddha = God...? HE never said HE was... ONLY a VERY ENLIGHTENED Being. CHK is ineffable to explain in "Human Form"; JC tried. Rise up like the PHOENIX on the 8th time... gain WISDOM.
