Ah, you're now included as an official member of "The All Nighters" Club!

I Love Rush!

Here's some words. I kinda changed one....:laughing7:
-------------

"Closer To The Heart"

And the men who hold high places
Must be the ones who start
To mold a new reality
Closer to the heart
Closer to the heart
The Locksmith and the artist
Reflect it in their art

They forge their creativity
Closer to the heart
Closer to the heart

Philosophers and ploughmen
Each must know his part
To sow a new mentality
Closer to the heart
Closer to the heart
You can be the captain
I will draw the chart
Sailing into destiny
Closer to the heart

Best,

Scott

LOL Ole Scotty boy, you always get my attention. BTW any pics of those days?

Mighty Fine to see you rise, yawn and stretch in the back pew, after the service is over! :laughing7:
Hope you have been well, my Friend!

Alas, those days were before computers and digital cameras.

Seemed to me at the time to be too "Creepy" to want to take pictures back then.

Nowadays, the kids are all about pictures.....
(heavy sigh....)

Seems like I was born 100 years too late.
Certainly, I'll die 100 years too soon....

Best Wishes,

Scott

Scott your post got me thinking! When I was a kid, like you there were no cell phones, and certainly no such thing as a smart phone. I remember wanting a "pocket tv" really, really bad. But it was expensive and not even close to a possibility for me to get one. That was just in the '80's... Now look how we are surrounded with AWESOME technology!!! It's hard to believe that was just thirty years ago. Just think how cool the technology will be in thirty years from now! Teleporters in our pockets perhaps?

I have never tried beach mining, but would love to!!! Are you using sluice boxes with just ribbed rubber matting, no riffles on the beach?

Some of my favorite memories are of that area! I bought my first sluice box from Armadillo mining shop. I believe it was the wife I purchased it from, I think she died of cancer? Years later?
Sometimes I get to thinking about growing up in the Pacific Northwest. As a kid I used to be able to pick up KGO newstalk 810 out of San Francisco late at night when Dr. Bill Wattenburg would be on. I know I'm a nerd! Lol!

Yep! Keene A52 with V matting only.
Armadillo mining shop is still in business, closest mining shop since the one in Brookings went out of business.

I can remember panning down concentrates one night on a wood deck and I dropped a picker. It was big enough I could hear it hit the wood as it landed. I never found it again...

Early tomorrow morning, my locksmith Friend and I are headed to Clemson for a job.

I'll certainly seek info of the "Tiger" Psychology Department Academics!

Clemson University, South Carolina

(If time permits....)

Best,

Scott

Added:
We normally wouldn't travel so far for a job, but this is a repeat client that I have "nurtured."
His Company deals with "manufactured" trailers, mostly double-wide that they buy, fix up and sell.
Non-residential. Commercial "Office" accommodations and such....

He calls me on my personal phone number after hours about jobs....
And money seems to be no object.

I was never big on CB radios....

My handle was, "Snake-bit."

I knew that Channel 19 was emergency,
But, other than that,
I liked some of the songs....

Really? When? The 6th of June? Hmmmm....

Best,

Scott

I have the A52P for creeks and rivers, it has the Keene miracle mat. They use the miracle mat on the beaches in Nome so I'am testing this baby on the beach also.
