I made an Avatar change awhile ago, nobody noticed....... well everybody ready for my favorite time of the year? SHARK WEEK !!!!!! Starts Sunday. I tried to watch it or tape it since it's inception in 1988!!!!!

Oh, great.

Seems I have an inflated opinion of myself....

I'm now involved in multiple Poker tables.....
One Tourney I'm in is... I don't know how many tables or players. All I know is that a million or so will be awarded to the winner.
I'm guessing there is 20 or more tables with over 200 players.

Gotta keep each play right.....no matter which table that I'm on.

WTH am I thinking?

But, I'm winning!



OH, and my Sister just messaged me...."How are you Scott?"

I thought of this reply.....Ummm..."Kinda busy right now. Can I get back to you?"

I put all tables on hold and replied to my Sister!

I only have one Sister and she is more important to me than all the poker tables I'm playing on.

My first words, posted to her in reply.....

"Penny, my Sister, I love you. How have you been?"

Early tomorrow I have an interview for a maintenance job at a large trucking facility.
They just built a new LARGE building....

For some reason, I feel good about this position.

We shall soon see....

A local company, it pays about $18 an hour.

And, It may allow me to continue towards my Bachelor's Degree!

Less than a mile from Where I received my Associates Degree at the University of North Georgia.

Wishing the best for you and my week ahead...

Sleep? A hot shower, a shave and a full belly of dinner!

Dinner?

Tomato soup, grilled cheese, chips, a big jalapeno pepper and a dill pickle. Light, yet sufficient.

Last night's dream.....

I re-upped and found myself back in Germany.

An old guy back in the Army. Looking to make Sargent.

Then....
Lost, but yet in a familiar town. Dallau? Mosbach?

I've had this dream many times before.....
I asked where I was and how to return to my company.
Hilf mir, meinen Weg zu finden, bitte ...

Crap! Now I'll never make Sargent....

I spoke German all through my dream, yet no one understood me....
Total frustration.....
I wandered through the dream lost, hints of familiarity, ....until I woke.

And you know what?

I hope that I go back and dream the same tonight. Then I'll speak Russian instead.

And, just 5 minutes ago, I got a call from the college for an interview for a grounds keeping job I had applied for.

That would have given me free tuition and books towards my Bachelors.

SMH.....

The job I accepted is second shift from 6pm to 2am.
That will still allow me to take classes during the day.

I got my Associates with hard work and scholarships, I guess I can get my Bachelors the same way.

Haven't banned anyone yet on the new site, but have already issued about 40 warnings and deletions.

Everyone gets one warning, then....

Submitted to the drug test and filled out the online background check for the job.

NO DRUGS in this old man. Not even aspirins.

Last month I had a physical at the VA and within the last year I had an FBI background check performed.
I won't say why, but it came up so squeaky clean that one would think that I eat soap for dinner.
