I'm finally sitting down and plan on reading this entire thread, wonder how long it will take.

You're young....

Perhaps you will be "up to date" in about a year or two....

Animal research is an inhumane and cruel area...
Anyway, good luck with the bunny project..

And I close tonight,
back to my dark world of academic worries...

Thought I might reach out this Monday to say what was on my mind
and to wish All a Great Week!

I Crispin; Please explain "EXACTLY" what the heck this "takeover" and the "list" is all about. It makes ZERO sense to me at present ok. I am usually one of the first to join against Gov Intrusion. I just want to know what take over or Intrusion. Thanks. PEACE:RONB

I went with my locksmith Friend today to a "Re-key" job,
maybe 10-12 cylinders,
and sitting in the garage, in a cage, was an adult, 4 year old male rabbit.

I made comment to the female resident, (about 40 something) that the poor guy needed to stretch his legs.

This was probably a $750,000 house and I was told,
"Well, this house is just a small house that we're renting. We can't let the rabbit run free here. Do You want him? Free?"

I wanted to cry, right there.

I could not take Mr. Long Ears.

I suggested the animal shelters. {Knowing the futility of such},
Finally suggesting "Craig's List."

I felt the need to mention for her to be careful of respondents, perhaps looking for an alternative to a chicken dinner.

I later told my locksmith Friend that a domesticated rabbit turned into the wild
would surely become a meal of the first predator they encountered.

I'm still thinking of it now.....

What could I have done?

Best,

Scott

Scott,

Check and see if there's an animal shelter in your area that takes care of animals until the can find a good home for it.

Most areas should have at least one that doesn't euthanize the animals until a home can be found.
