Hope it all works out for you Dram, my Friend.

Best,

Scott

Thanks Scott, it's a lot of money but more importantly I'm a wimp with medical issues and it's got me scared to death.

I haven't lost a parent yet (in life) but in a sense I've lost both as we haven't spoken in several years now. I feel for you.

I had a 2002 four door supercharged 4x4 I bought used. I kept it less than a year. It had a automatic transmission and I got suspicious it was going to let go.

My locksmith Friend is planning to be in Florida starting next week...
Until after the first of the year....

(Lucky Dog!)

I will thus have time on my hands until the new year...

I still have some leaf-wrangling to do, this Spring Semester's textbooks to purchase, then...

Yeah.

I've surely "went fishing,"

In my mountains.

Not for fish, per se, but peace in my life.
I seek the wonderment of Nature....
A new sight or experience.
Being one with my environment....

"Omunye futhi umhlaba ngifuna."

For a week? Longer?

I'm sure that I'm prepared!

(Eric Rudolph? Boy was a "wanna-be."
Was busted diggin' through the dumpster of a grocery store. Sheesh.
Had been breakin' into cabins to survive. And the media calls this punk a "Survivalist." Obviously NOT!)

Sunday is the day that my Mom died 14 years ago.

I am making plans for a Christmas Camping Trip!

Everyone is welcome to "ride along" on the narratives that
I post on my "Camping" thread!

Best Wishes,

Always,

Scott

You've read then of A.Johnson the mad trapper of rat river?
He done wrong , but one tough as nails figure.
Took quite a force to take him down ded with lead..

Had to edit.. mixed him up with another guy who walked out after apprehension. He was another cold weather run. Had some gold teeth in among his meager possessions..

My Ma went just before Thanksgiving long ago.
Really don't dwell on the parting, don't forget by any means; but there are rather better memories to dwell on.
Do still hit the cemetery once in a while where other family stones get tended along with hers while I'm there.
A young pre teen friend and siblings recently lost their Ma, my huntin buddies daughter.
Probably oughta call or visit again huh?
They had a ceremony a couple days ago at the cemetery ..weeks after the funeral.
Getting on with it but still.

Significant? Considering what he wore and had been through...yes.

My Friend, I only dwell on the memories; both positive and sometimes conflictive.
Yet, they are only memories.

But, they are MY memories.....

I spoke at the funeral and said, through tears,
"Mom is now fishin' with Grandpa again!"

May all of your memories be pleasant!

Best,

Scott

You guys are awesome. Hey Scott low A high still equals an A. I use to give officers crap because I have a Masters whereas Officers only require a Bachelors degree. One Marine Helo pilot use to tell me "D = Diploma" haha...... Well she just landed in Orlando.....party's over! Don't let me kid ya, I still missed her. Mad at her but missed her nonetheless !
You are doing right.

I can only offer my support and admiration.

Call any locksmith in the United States, OK....World-wide, then....
And ask them,

"Have you ever picked the control level of a 6 pin
Falcon/Best IC core to remove it from a lockset without having to drill?"

ic core 6.png

I did today!

With a special tool that I created....

Still learnin' 'cause there's so damn much yet to learn....Dig?

Snow forecasted here again soon.
Some flakes farther north on a run yesterday.
Hey P-Cat, does that exposed skin hurt? l.o.l.. must be nice to feel the sun and air with it so much of the year.
