Personally I'd either just drive by it thinking it's an Advertising sign for something,
Or swing around thinking road treasure.
but unless there is a sign on it explaining, up until now I would not realize what it is for.
Either way, I do not talk to Machines or animals, So that would be out.
of course
If that were in my area Kids would be taking shots at it while Driving by
they blow windows out of Stranded vehicles now just for kicks.
but at least their Drive by's here are Harmless to people's lives.
