It would be a lot easier question to answer if you asked what year I started drinking---

This thread got me thinking long and hard about life. And, I have the solution. Wake up just before the earliest happy hour in your locale. After that you can go at it until your day is over and still stay within socially acceptable norms (if you pace yourself). You are welcome :D

That reminds me of a rural neighbor I came across on the road one evening about 20 years ago. He and his accomplice were barley moving along in an old pick-up truck and he was sitting there with a broken down side by side, you know, they come apart if you pull the stock off. My assumption was they were poaching deer.

We were pulled up driver doors to each other and he was in the passenger seat, giving me clear view. I mentioned that he should probably have that in a case. He said - no legally if it is apart he doesn't need a case... and something about taking it to a friends to have some work done on it.

Since my presence and friendly conversation seemed to increasingly irritate them - keeping them from their intended purpose - I kept at it. :)

In an effort to get rid of me he said it was nice running into me and we would have to go out and get drunk some time, to which I responded that doesn't seem even possible. He said why not? I said because you would have to sober up first before you could get drunk again :D

I don't think he likes me :D

Don't forget to wear the proper safety gear when consuming adult beverages.

Fashion CAN be good looking AND function as protective gear at the same time.

I used to be quite a drinker, gave it up a couple decades ago.
[Very light social drinker now].
Never in my life have I drank any alcohol in the day, always at night.
