Hover Board capable of 10,000 ft , yes its real.
I guess this is where something like this goes. I don't think I would want to go to 10,000 ft on it though lol.

Being it is nothing more then a Powerful drone.
A few deaths, the Price will scyrocket from Suit fears.
or go completely underground to the government use

 Just another Guy In Back
I'll buy one for 4K.
It will be great for commuting, over the traffic jam, zipping along and then- whoops, engine failure on one side.
Gone into a spin and smacking onto the fast lane of the interstate- kathump kathump kersplat.
Hum....
Maybe not just yet.
Get up late... Start slow... Taper off...

personally I'd need a seat, and also be completely aware of
is it immune from flying sideways or upside down.
I wouldn't want to drop out of the sky,
or be flying along upside down smacking my head off telephone posts.
Or catch Fire.
I'm guessing it will fly over land & the water was just for a soft landing

Soft landing implies you will use it again. If you end up in the water I believe it would be classified as a crash.

 Wolf Pack!
I will take one!!!
I notice he is controlling it with a hand held remote.....
I see problems.
Freedom is something that dies unless it's used.
A patriot must always be ready to defend his country against his government.
A student said to his master, "You teach me fighting, but you talk about peace. How do you reconcile the two?"
The master replied, "It is better to be a warrior in a garden, than to be a gardener in a war."
