$12.50 is better than nothing.
One time I needed a new battery for my stand-by generator. The cost of the batter was around $130.00. I played 2 scratch cards and won the amount I needed for the battery. Funny how things work out.
And I hardly ever buy those cards.

I forget the Last time I bought one,
But I think it was a one Dollar Winner at best.

Yesterday I went to the Laundry.

Bought a Box of 2 Dryer Sheets while there.
The Box contained 5 Sheets

I thought Buy a Lottery Ticket

$12.50 pays for my Day

as long as I don't buy a bunch of Losers & waste it.

You are consistent, and on the bright side, at least you did not come in second place, that is the first looser.

Now you just need to find something that third and fourth place rewards big at. Back in the day I used to do Gulf coast fishing tournaments, I would hang at around 3rd place and that always meant a few thousand.
