I have to say, it is a little cloudy and 70 in Southern Calif. I can't even imagine what you folks in the east are going thru.
Stay inside and be warm

Every once in a while they start making stuff up....
I heard “Bombogenisis” and “Winter Storm Grayson”......
But I gotta admit, I was freezing today.... I even wore my hoodie.

Still all rain for me. I just hope my work building is ok in the morning. High winds like this took the roof a long time ago and its literally right on the water so the big ocean surf could destroy the lower level also. The power is out so i cant see on the cameras to keep a eye on it! [emoji30]

Hope it all works out for you Kiddo...I look back 20 years ago, explaining to my folks that I’m done with winters, moving to Florida.
They live here now.

Yep, a few nights and days of -5° F. Most of the past 2 weeks were single digit or teens during the day.
It will be in the 30s within 2 weeks.
A regular heat wave.

Ive been without power for almost 24 hours now and counting. Lots of snow close by but i got all rain. The wind and surf did alot of damage. I hope the power comes on soon because its getting steadily colder inside the house. Outside going from 0 to -12 within 4-6 hours from now. Then only colder days after that by the looks! [emoji30]

I'm 100 miles inland. Was detecting at the beach the day before it hit. Got a few items but nothing much. 1' of snow here but the wind is horrible. I'm using the time to go antiquing.

Charlotte has never been this cold. We are 200 miles inland, we got zero snow, but it has been brutally cold. We are going out tomorrow morning, it’ll been 20 degrees. I dread it, but I’m going to go give it a whirl.

Everyone stay warm.

Sorry to hear of the misery you've been going through over there. It's been bitter cold in Wisconsin for about two weeks now. We had -21 degrees this morning. But next week were getting a heat wave in the low 30's.

Thanks for the replys. Power stayed on and the clean up is underway. Whats great is there was lots of offers to wait it out in places with power or wood stoves/generators. Good luck out there especially anyone who is going to attempt any “Arctic mass” hunts! [emoji2]
