I am no different than you Mike just a little more ahead that's all.I'll share something else with you,when I was young I thought there was something wrong with me(recall the Ugly Duckling?) so I became like the rest of humanity and it started with my Parents they couldn't help themselves any more than I could help myself. IT is passed down from generation to generation starting when Adam 'Chose',mankind has been choosing ever since and just continues to swing like a monkey with it's prehensile tail moving forward and going down at the same time.

Jesus said it spot on.."Father FORGIVE them for they know NOT what they do".

Greens aren't the only thing that weed is good for.

As with many whites , once aged , dandelion wine might as well be consumed.
Despite that , I've a very old bottle or two.
Further aging is not known for improving such ;but I'm hopeful it's not as "hot". Just not my best results is all.
Were there enough wine here it (the non stellar batch) could be blended with another.
But it is what it is. On it's own merit , without my trying to force it to change. L.o.l.

A neighbor used to use the full ripe flower buds for cookie filler.
