I look at them as miniature lobsters, but I never could eat one. Up here we use them for bait. When we had company meeting in Louisiana, the bars had huge bowls of these set up as snacks like we would do with peanuts. The gross part was how to properly eat them . You bite off the head and then suck out the insides.
And I do NOT want to hear a response out of you ECS !
