Well for what it's worth I'll be 69 Jan 8th and started drinking beer at 15 which is about your age and I ain't dead yet....

But then again I might have gotten lucky, but ask Tom about schmaltz(spelling?) basically melted chicken fat with some herbs and other seasonings. Lots of German traditionally spread it on their morning bread.....
