I Think I Would have Put the Dog in a Plastic Bag
& Sent it to the Mint & Asked them to Recover it

Of course Since he Couldn't Buy Hot Dogs & other meat That Week.
Dog would have been on the Menu.

Poor dog! The kid probably took the money and blamed it on the dog.

After what his pops did, I wouldn't admit I had taken it either. "Yep the dog ate it. Must have pooped it out in the neighbor's yard down the street. Yeah, that's it!"

"When under trial, let no one say: 'I am being tried by God.' For with evil things God cannot be tried, nor does he himself try anyone. . . . Do not be misled, my beloved brothers. Every good gift and every perfect present is from above, coming down from the Father of the celestial lights, who does not vary or change like the shifting shadows." --- James 1:13, 16, 17

Dogs will eat just about anything including keys, car alarms, your dinner off the table. Yep!
