Correct me if I"m wrong but Darwin never stated man descended from apes. As I understand it, he thought we had common ancestors.
Don't think it would be safe to go in the Batangi area now.

Wouldn't eat a monkey unless absolutely necessary. But in those places not much bigger animals than them.
Sometimes in America it's easy to forget how well off we are. Capitalism :)
