As far as Rationing goes, I Don't know How Rationing ever worked ,
Except Voluntarily. Especially in the Pre-Computer Age .
all ya needed was a car and gas :icon_thumright:

And even today All you would need is a Few friends who are up for road trips :coffee2:

Life was sure interesting back then. Not sure where to get dragon's blood, but asafetida srems easy to buy. A spice which can be used to cure hysteria and other maladies.
Maybe leather was being rationed and that affected cobblers?
Weird story.

But Seriously why go through all the Trouble,
When all you need do to get rid Of the Troublemaker, is to Burn the Shoes
with the Troublemaker in them Instead of The Note :coffee2:

My guess is the person that wanted them to burn the shoes was really a shoe salesman.

This is the practical solution. But I would probably let the troublemaker wear his own shoes. I suppose seers are prone to be flamboyant creatures.
Nice to know you can buy dragon's blood. Seems to be something great for wounds and healing. Since I would think China would be the main supplier of dragon's blood, due to its large population of the creatures, I wonder if the trade war has affected the cost :p
