Look into meditation. Sure, you are always thinking but you can turn it more to an awareness.

I know my mind can solve problems while I sleep.
Many times I will be trying to solve some kind of a problem when I fall asleep, and when I wake up, the solution pops into my head.

A thought cannot be unthunk but the thought can NOT be thought of again IF one so chooses to do so. or ... at least less often.

IF you engage a particular thought... of course you will think of it more.

At any moment that the mind REALLY wants to... the mind can choose to think of something ... anything it is willed ... via a "choice" and chooses to... think else-wise. heh

antenna is capable of receiving, although you can only tune/listen to one channel
at a time.

It's easier to turn this off.

Don't get me wrong-I have no problem of another believing in something from the unknown, to hugging a tree-just don't lead me to believe-just let me believe in my own beliefs.

It's easy to turn it off-I can go detecting never does an outside thought will enter my time and space.

When I lay my head upon the pillow-even if my house burnt down-I could go to sleep-no problem-learnt from an early age, to shut it off.

It's easy to go to a happy place-one has to learn where their happy place is.
