The Big issue I have is, He says at the Time there was only One Country on earth.
That would have been Long before The Romans, Probably Even before the Dinosaurs
.
The Romans named the Planets, therefore before that There was no Mars or earth so he could not Technically have been a "Martian" Martians would Not call Mars, Mars.

someone should look behind the ears of the sphinx though .that could prove him right.

he could simply be using the names for planets that people would know
