Possible Apache axe head

Hey guys I'm new to the Forum but I have a couple of unique finds, this being my favorite. I've had a couple of people tell me that it is apache and it is probably in the best shape that they've seen. Anyone with any information please contact me

.... looks like a full grooved hardstone axe head to me. Where did you find it? As far as been an Apache piece, complete conjecture...
