Wow! Thanks for all the nice comments. I might start drawing again.
I wouldn’t know how much to sell these for. My wife framed all the originals and these are prints I had made at a printing shop in Washington.
I have a three ring binder with these in them, so if you see little wavy areas, it’s from the page protectors.

I think my next drawing will be treasure oriented. I like to do a lot of detail. If anyone has a good idea, I would love to hear them.

Here are a few more.

Dale

i'd still buy it...still can't afford it :) some people have mad skills you are one of those.

to answer one of your other questions dale, i've seen pencil "PRINTS" not the originals, 8.5x11 going for 65-135 (framed of course) or so in the art gallery, the original prints usually go for 10 times that if you can find them. and get the artist to part with it.

next time you wanna "throw one out" pm me and i'll be by with a trash can.. ::)

I love these, Dale. You are very talented. :) :)

I would like one of your drawings, too. I'm currently drywalling my studio...and my plans are to collect Tnetter's art and hang it by my computer.

Great job!! :o

How do you do that.....LOL :) :) Absolutely amazing, they are all great pictures. I have to agree I like the one "Places I'd like to be"... just takes you there. You've got your fortune at your finger tips...don't let it go. You start selling them and you could no doubt afford more than a new scoop, LOL Good luck to you and keep drawing. :)

Some really nice pencil work there Dale, I envy your talent.

I have a younger brother that drew comics for DC, Marvel, and National for over 25 years. He drew Capt Marvel, Micronauts, Batman Years I II III, Doom, Capt Atom, Firestorm, and many more. If you were ever into comics you can probably guess who I mean.

I can't draw a straight line with a ruler, but I can paint. I am a certified Bob Ross instructor and I use to do wild life paintings. I couldn't draw them freehand, so I would use tracing paper and trace from a picture blow it up, then trace it on a canvas, then I could paint it.

Again really some nice work there, if you have more would be nice to see.

Good luck and good hunting....

Thanks mini, I have a bunch of places stored up in my head. Thanks for the encouragement.

Way cool. There sure are a lot of artist on this site. I never really dabbled in the comics art.
Now I’m going to have to find out who your brother is.

Thanks
Dale

OMG Dale....wonderful....absolutely wonderful!!!!

Would you be able to do a pencil sketch from a photograph? If I were to send you a scan photo of myself and one of my daughter (our bootcamp pictures, both are colored photos 1974 and 2004)...would you be able to do one for me? I'll pay $100 bucks if you can....but I want both of us in the same picture...side by side, prefer 11x14 size. If that isn't enough money for that size...let me know. I'm serious! Scouts honor!

Great TALENT!!!

Annmarie:

I don’t do to well drawing people. Don’t know why. Of course I haven’t drawn in years and I don’t think I could take that on right now. I am going to get back into it.
I am going to do some treasure related topics like a 1715 era ship.
But its people like you that have gotten the drawing bug fired back up.
Thanks so much for your kind words.

I may try to draw my kids and see how it turns out.

Thanks again

Dale
