    First Find

    Found in an area where a town is said to have been in 1870. Lots of square nails and old glass. Rind was very tarnished. Polised with wheel and rouge.

    Yes, I agree with Montana Jim (below ↓) that's like the metal, (but a RING!), and because of the metal, meant a person of modest (and practical) means, bought himself the brass one and his wife got the gold... - that's the way life is..., isn't it?!
