Well, last weekend I was still trying my luck down in Daytona Beach after work. I went to the beach about 1/2 to 3/4 of a mile North of the pier. Hunted for about 2 hours before it got dark.

Hardly any targets at all, but one of the last things I found was this ring, got me a little excited, standing there in view of the peir.

Well, I think this is some sort of plated mass produced thingy with CZ or glass.

That was a jolt of excitement at first I am sure. Unfortunately I can see where some of the gold is flaking

:icon_thumleft: Now that will get your heart pumping. Nonetheless it will bring you back with a vengeance because you know there is a real one out there just like it. Good find

I feel your pain, I pull out a half dozen stainless steel rings for every "real" ring. My daughter loves the fake ones though cause she gets em :-)
