Went fishing/camping last weekend on the East side of Maui, came across some broken glass and of course we started probing around. My son found the bottom half of a amethyst Consolidated (got our hearts pumping!!) but nothing. We also came across some buried tractor equipment that was exposed after the latest rains, no bottles but my son pulled out this name plate (Stubenberg). I researched the name and found that Arthur Stubenberg had ties with Hawaii's Sugar and Pineapple Industries (Castle &Cooke,Kunia Plantation) in the early 1900's and built farm equipment. The only keeper was a castor oil bottle. Alohas, Mauidiggerz IMG-20120331-00373.jpg

That sign is a keeper too! The digging doesn't stop there... Keep researching, you might find old photos or something. I hope you kept it.
