Got out for a couple hours after work this afternoon, and went back to the old church picnic area I've been working on. Ended up getting over my goal of 50 silvers for the year. The keepers for the day were 6 wheaties, A 1907-O Barber quarter that was wedged in between some roots and ended up getting scratched up while getting it out, and a 1936 Mercury dime that was in the same hole as the 1920 Buffalo nickel, and a 1943 Mercury dime. Next goal is to make it to 200 Wheaties, only 13 more to go!! Thanks for looking, and Happy Hunting!!

Keep Swinging!! The good finds will come to ya eventually!! I've been detecting since 1990, and this has actually been my best year so far, I mean I found a few silvers here and there over the years but nothing like this year. The first couple of years I was clad and pulltab heavy but as I got more free time to detect and got the hang of my machine, the finds got better. But as you can see from the photos the bottle caps and pull tabs never stop!! HH!!!
