    Short hunt and I found my first V nickel! An 1886! Not is really great shape. But.... I got it! So Geeked!.

    Congrats on the finds! Those V nickles are awesome, but they usually are in bad shape I got my first one a week or so ago, an 1885 and it was a wreck! Yours looks even better than mine I think!

    Congrats on the rare V nickel find. I found the same year and sold it on e-bay a few years back and got around $80 for it . Rusty and all. You could see the Liberty in the head band and all so even though rusty it was in pretty good condition. Congrats on a key date coin find.
    Ya never know until ya go.

    Jack, I am just chomping at the bit waiting for the procoil!

    I spent the entire day on Saturday deep in the brush. Came out exhausted, with one 1920 wheatie!
