Great Quick Hunt

Dantheman and I got an hour in today before dark. We found many things very quickly and then had to go. We will be back to that spot. We hit a basically unknown homesite that is now just a hill with no identifying marks whatsoever. If it wasn't for dan's sixth sense about these cellar holes - we would have never found this one. The buttons got me a couple of high fives! The mason jar lid has "RR" scrawled on the top and I thought that was cool, considering it is the homeowners handwriting from like 100 years ago - a nice personal item.

Strangely of the 3 buttons I've found so far, they have all come from the same site,
a site which I've yet to score silver.

I do seem to have that 6th sense don't i? i think we have hunted at least if not more than 30 homesites with cellar holes this summer....and still counting

Xdanthemanx, I'm not too sure I know what you mean, if by johnson, you mean Elmer Johnson Parkthe metropark I hunt is South of there. Last friday it gave me a 1960 rosie and an SLQ, todayI found only 7 wheats there, but there is more silver, just few and far between.
