3 hrs with new E-Trac today

I got out with my brand new E-Trac for 3 hrs today! Woo Hoo. Only found 3 pennies. 2 memorials and one wheat but I learned a lot. It sure was nice. Hopefully I can get some time in tomorrow as well.

Hello Roadkill, 3 hours 3 pennies(one a wheat), I've done worst. But today was a nice dayto get out. I once spent about 2 hours in 90+ degree weather, hung over, onlyto get pull tabs and only one coin, a wheatie. Today I found 6 and a halfwheats.

i would like a minelab but can't afford the high end ones what do you think one the lower priced minelabs. glad you got out and was sucessful. sounds like your learning your machine. ps im jealous haha goldie

I have heard the new Safari and the Xterra series detectors are really good also.

Hey Goldie,
I bought a new Quattro last year, and I love it.

Watch for good used Explorer IIs and other lightly used machines. I've been surprised at how low some of them are going on Ebay lately.
