Worn 1918 merc today

Hello SE Michigan here.

Had a nice short hunt at the park today. Short 'cause it's very crowded and loud(music, gas generators blaring) on the weekends. Nice 'cause I snaggedme a 1918 merc on my very first coin( yes about 20 feet from where Ifound my SLQ yesterday.) I then went on to find a wheat and 2 memorials.Decided I had enough of the noise and crowds and went homeand played pinochle(or is it spelled peaknuckle) me and my bro, for thesecond saturday in a row won more than we lost. Good day, good hunt.

My very first merc was a 1917, about as worn as the 18', and it too was the veryfirst coin of the day, that was last Aug 22. I have this merc soaking in salt water, wrapped in tinfoil( a little over 24 hours now) and it's cleaningup good. Gonna hit that spot today, hopefully for 3 or more hours today.
