Did a lake hunt and the first beep right near shore was an 1892 "V" nickel. Needed some cleaning after 100 years in the water. Two kids rings one has a little gold plate left on the cross with a blue stone. Got a 58D wheatie, some cars some fishing stuff and many doo dads. I like hunting in lakes that have a lot of old stuff! :)

Nice finds Mike! The other day at a lake in Hillman my first beep was a Buffalo nickel. Haven't tried to clean it up to look for a date.
