my best lunch break hunt ever..... silver, gold, IH's

one of my best hunts ever, and in less than an hour! got permission to hunt a yard in the city near the post office drizzled rain the whole time but hardly noticed. I dug the merc first and my stomach dropped as I turned over quickly to look for the D. The IH's were not good signals, all of them iffy, but they were spaced out good enough and sounded small and round all about 4-5 inches. 2 of them were together in a hole. They all cleaned up great. the gold ring was a surprise, kinda small but I'll take it. thanks for looking all, Griff

Those Indians are in awsome condition. They looked like the were dropped the day they went into circulation!

Nice Merc. Finding a '16 and looking for that D sure can get your adrenaline up! One of these days it'll be there!

Wow! are you sure you did not just strike that 1899 IH? That is one perfect coin! A huge congrats on that one! All great finds and the 1916 merc has to be a great and frustrating find. To bad about the rim. There may of been a D there. Nice hunt Man!
