I'm always searching for spots where the grass is greener myself and at times it seems the hunted out spots are a fruitless labor but then every now and then I'll find a goody in one of em! 2 years back I found 5 big silvers and a lot of silvers, just a week ago I was saying to my brother that neither of us has found a half this year and a couple days later I scored my first big silver of the year.

What are the three "P's" of metal detecting? Patience, persistence, and pure luck! :icon_thumleft:

And a lot of research helps as well. :read2:

Keep digging!

Just remember. You can only find old coins where they were lost. Try to hunt old sites when ever you can.
