Old or no?

I found this chunk of blue pottery while MDing a while back at a place where some construction was going on. Someone had evidently uncovered it while moving dirt around and had tossed it aside, because it was lying on the surface. I was wondering if it was old or something recent. It cleaned up nicely.

Looks old, but that one could go either way. There are so many makers out there trying to make the old look these days. Sure in a nice piece.
