Again, I got ONE oldie. Still fun. And the Indian head has great detail. A few more baths and she will be real pretty. Full Liberty in the head band. I like the religious token too.

Nice Indian! and medal. You know I have seen many 1865 IH's that are in nice shape including a few I have. I think their alloy must have been a little different

Great score on the old Indian Jim I also wonder about what Mike was saying too cause I have found an Indian that was in super good condition that was really deep in some brutal soil and wheats on the same day from the same approximate depth that were ate up almost bad enough so you couldn't read the date. It just don't make sense I too figure that it must be the impurities in the metal that make a difference.
