Met up with the infamous Jim C. this morn, we both managed to squeak out a couple keepers, although Jim's seated dime takes the cake! My first hit, second hole dug, produced a barber dime at about 9" or so. Dug a few wheats along the way, then a '16 merc, which I hit with my knife, glad I can't see the "D", I would have cried. Also dug two indians, the 1904 I didn't bother to show, as it's slightly bent and encrusted. Sure is nice hunting without the heat of summer! ffd
