    11/14 Short Sunday Hunt

    Went up to an older spot near home. A few of us tried this ballfield shortly after it was plowed up. We didn't have much luck then, I know my machine doesn't like disturbed soil.
    The ground has had a chance to firm up and my first hit was a silver quarter at about 12". Really easy digging. Next came the '29 buffalo at about 4", then the merc.
    Still time to get out! ffd

    ooooo...nice brother! that barber quarter looks sweet! a big congrats on scoring some oldies outta there again! man 12 inches....o my word.... I could maybe find a gas tank buried that deep with my whites, but a coin, no way. a big congrats on some sweet old coins D!!
