I wanted to let you know that the Peek Through Time on the 1920 Grass Lake bank robbery is running Saturday.

I thought the article left a lot to be desired. Not very good in my opinion.

I just read that, I didn't know that much about the incident until now, wife said she read it at work, she said she found it interesting. D

yeah it was interesting but they could of added more I think. they kinda make it sound like there no likely chance of anything being stashed anywhere and most all the money was recovered, but I know I've read more details about that story elsewhere. Anyway, way to go Jim on another neat idea for that article. BTW, do you ever talk to Troy anymore? Is he still out there tearing things up?

Thats what I was thinking too. I wanted more info on the money missing plus other things. I didn't think she put much thought into that article in my opinion. But thats coming from a metal detector guy who wants more info on lost loot.

Yep I live close to him and we see each other now and then. He is very busy with his family business with all those retirement homes and all. Plus his dad is in retirement mode and he is the oldest son so he will probably take a lot of the business over when the dad is outta the way. He is a real nice guy. Just has the ability to detect when he wants pretty much as long as he has his cell phone on and ready to go when called. Last I talked with him he was still detecting but always acts like hes not getting out much. I know better.
