    Just couldn't take it anymore!

Went to the library today to do some research, left and was loving the sunshine. So I went to some sledding spots. Soaked up the sun for about three hours.

One quarter, three pennies, a toy wrestler, one glove, one hat, one scarf. Guess someone else likes to detect in the snow, cause the change just wasn't there.

Oh, well. Had a nice time, but now I'm paying for swingin that snow laden detector!

Going to go out again today. Maybe hit some tot lots if the woodchips are thawed yet. High 46 today. 53 tomorrow!!!

Maybe even some rain to clear out the snow. I hope so. I'll deal with the mud if I can get a shovel into the ground. Hoping to do some field hunting this year before crops go in.

Well, after the temporary thaw I'm coming in at:

    Two wheaties; 1956, 1929
    9 clad quarters
    10 dimes
    7 nickels
    37 memorials

a rusted 1920's-1940's era watch (cheap dollar watch type)
    a button with an "I"?

and about a pound of aluminum, lol.

Not bad for digging all targets

As of 3:47 there is over two inches of snow on the ground in Jackson.

nice finds jade!...the I button is an Infantry civil war reenactment button, found at cascades I'll bet We dug a few reenactment relics last fall for Craig's bachelor night. I've got a button and a nice breastplate from there.

Nice finds, Jade. Love the re-enactment Infantry button. I found a similar one last winter.

    Too much snow here.
