I got a new camera today, old one broke down a while ago. So, some of these finds are a few weeks old, before the drought. The 2 rings I found at a small beach of a local lake, and the buff came from Ella Sharp. the rest came from 2 different yards. My only silver coin is the 20 centavos from Chile, found in the hood today. An odd variety, had one pocket spill of 8 early wheats (teens and 20's). The big peso was a first as well as the Chile coin. Funny too, I found a pocket spill of the Meijer pony ride tokens (4 of them) gave 2 away to a couple of kids that were following me. Then I found another one at the other yard about 30 miles away :tongue3: so ended up with 3 of them. Not sure what the eagle thing is....was pretty sure it was an old military button at first, but now not so sure. Also, I dug a big plug after pulling out the old coin purse hoping it wasn't empty, but no coins with it. :( Anyway, it was so nice to get out after a long time, but the rain we got was not quite enough. HH to you all, Griff

Nice digs, J. :icon_thumleft: Interesting mix of coins, foreign and American. Pretty ring and too bad the purse find didn't pan out. My youngest (5YO) just rode the penny pony at Meijer this past week.

p.s. Excellent pics, looks like you have the new camera figured out. :icon_thumright:

Thanks Mike for the info on the eagle...I saw one online referred to as a Carpenter's lock. It says No.60 at the top and Improved Lock on the bottom. The silver ring is not white gold, but my wife loves it and is wearing it right now. ;D It has the amethyst stone, with 4 very small diamonds.

Sweet variety of finds! I got a Meijer pony penny in change last week. Gloria likes tokens, so I gave it to her.
