Tot lot gives up lots of coin
Met up with MichiganderDan and hunted a small out-of-the-way village with little to show other than beer caps. Moved on to the tot lot and scored my fourth highest $clad day.
Dollar - 1 (Zachary Taylor)
Quarters - 18
Dimes - 33
Pennies - 43 (one 1957D Wheat, one 1944 Canadian)
MichiganderDan didn't fair as well but still had some gas money. Even though it was hot/humid during the afternoon hours we still had a good time.

Looks like a pretty good day on clad. Too hot and ground is too hard to hunt here in Texas. So I have been hunting tot lots lately. Only thing is, everybody else has to. Haven't found much the last couple of times out.

Nothing wrong with digging a bunch of clad with gas prices being so high we can use all the help we can get, Congrats...

I obviously hunted the wrong side of the lot. You got the quarters and dime side and I got the pennies and nickel side on a lot that was never hunted by the clad count, way to go.

Nice going.
I have never had tot lots produce much.

The historic map I used told me that your side was the penny/nickle area

Nice clad score. I don't think I have ever dug that many quarters or dimes in a hunt before. Congrats on Zach
