    One of my coolest finds...

Howdy folks, my name is Jim Campbell and I live in Jackson County. Have been detecting since 98. This is my first summer without detecting. Had to sell my detector and finds to help make it through the winter bills. I miss it bad. I still have pictures of most my finds though. Here is one that was a blast to find. The best part was that I didn't know the date on it til I got home and rinsed it under the faucet. Couldn't believe it. Fun stuff
Clik on pic to see bigger photo. The coin is the bottom left. Jim

Wow, That is a nice one, the key Indian Cent coin.

Now you should go and sell it on ebay and use the money to buy a new detector.

    Happy Hunting,

Hi Jim. Great find the 1877. Quite rare. Did that one come from the Jackson area?

    The 1877 sure is sweet...Congrats

i found 3 IH's and i'd love to dig up one of them....just to say been there and done that already..lol(dreams)
I kept on digging the hole deeper and deeper looking for the treasure chest until I finally lifted my head, looked up and realized that I had dug my own grave.
