I went to another swimming area for a quick 2 hour hunt and managed to do pretty good. I'm not certain what the wings & shield piece may be but possibly some sort of pilot wings? Or it could be just a simple jewelry piece :dontknow:. Any guesses?

The ring is 12K sterling silver. The color tells me it is pretty old.

***OK I did a little research and come to find out there is no such thing as 12K sterling silver. Seems only gold is rated as karat. Silver is rated as decimal pure. So I'm not sure what the mark means.

I have a few items that are silver and gold. You can tell the ring is silver, the top might be 12K gold. Electrolysis would clean it up nice. The pilots wings are just that. This type was used for a sweetheart or family member who had a loved one that was an airman.

Ah.........now I see said the blind man who picked up his hammer & saw. LOL I don't know too much about jewelry because I never wear the stuff. But plated makes sense. I have also used electrolysis on some relics a while back but probably won't use it on the ring. I think the tarnished look is cool. Thanks again.

The wings appear to be military pilot wings, probably a charm bracelet worn by the wife of a flyer.
Nice finds.
