Looks like your water searches have been paying off. I like hitting the water myself because that is where most of your jewelry finds are and from what I've seen, most detectorists do not venture in the water.

Do you use just a scoop or a sifter as well?

Just a scoop. Long handled stainless in the water. Tried tugging a screen one time didn't like it.
