Library of Congress is a great resource for finding old maps.

https://www.loc.gov/

Next to the Search bar there is a drop-down menu and if you select "maps" then all your search results will be maps!

Once you search, there's a side menu with filters where you can select age of maps, etc.

If your search for maps of Ann Arbor isn't successful, maybe try searching just "Michigan", a lot of old state maps are detailed enough that they show landmarks, houses, etc in towns.
