First bit of sterling/ Blast from the past-July of 2008

I was finally going after some clad, that I had ignored for over a week. Got 45 coins mostly dimes and quarter, but decided to look for something old. Found this, seems cheepy to me, but is first silver ring. Even says sterling on inside.

Cool! Sterling is older than the ones that say 925.

Re: First bit of sterling/ Blast from the past-July of 2008

Thanks all, I found this July 24, 08. Had been detecting for 12 days then, and Ibelieve I did get out everyday from July 12 to 24th. Was my first bit ofsilver. Think I got my first silver coin, a 1960 Rosie, about 4 or 5 days later. I keep a log book now.

    Good luck,
    HH.
