Last week ended up being one of the best with the detector that I've ever had in a long time.

I hunted 2 different sites; one being a public park, another being an old church site where the church burned down back in the 50's.

I ended the week with 1 silver bracelet, 6 silver coins, (2 of those 6 were silver nickels) 8 wheat cents, 1 token, 1 old overall button from the New State Shirt and Overall Mfg Co. and about 50 clad coins.

Pictured below is the best pocket spill I've ever found. All 7 of these coins were found last Friday in close proximity to each other in an area that could be covered by a dinner plate. I found these at the above mentioned church site. All were around 5 inches deep.

The coin in the center is a Walking Liberty Half Dollar.

The design was used from 1916 - 1947.

Are you sure there is not a D on that 1914 penny.....Congrats.

Hey DH, I wish there was a D below the date; or even an S would be nice. But, I'm not that lucky.

My hunting is slowing way down because of the heat. How about you?
