    Portland, Oregon dirty cash cache found 2001

    Found this article 10 years ago. Put it on a CD and didn't find it again until today. I see nothing here about this cache being found.

    WHO: Three unnamed men, thought to be robbers of a credit union

    WHAT: undisclosed sum of stolen money and a weapon were found in the sewage drains.

    WHERE: Kenton neighborhood, Portland, Multnomah County, Oregon

    WHEN: 2001

    WHY: After the neighborhood was cordoned off by police, who were searching for robbery suspects in a credit union robbery.
