Did pretty good on a 1948 house spot. I still havent figured out if the chain is actually gold or some sort of plated. Weighs 19 + grams, is about 20" without clasps, looks really corroded under a loupe, acid tests 10K and 14K acid leaves it sort of reddish looking but when I scrape the red area it is 'gold' colored again and it doesnt stick to a magnet. Not sure but seems to be heavier that if it were copper or some sort of brass. Rang up 12-12 (small gold or pull tab area) on the CTX and 50-51 on a ATPro.

Awesome day with gold and silver! The shell presidential token looks like the find of the day tho! I found a cache of like 7 or 8 of those not long ago. Got pretty excited for a minute till I figured out what they were! Love seeing your finds!
