WOW!!! Ya'll have found some very nice relics there....I can't wait to post something like that, other than clad and costume jewelry!!!

Things, you probably could teach me a thing or two about understanding my detector so I may be so lucky to find such nice items!

Ronin, that is a nice coin....think we will find any like that at Pipsico? It was part of the Jamestown settlement! I hope so!!!!!!

Love those CW Sword Plates....

Happy Hunting all!

Cool newbob. I didn't get out this weekend. I would have given my eyetooth for a pile of clad like that.

Here are a couple of mine from last year. The button is Royal Navy from about 1812. Charles Jennens/London with the Prince of Wales plume. Found in Central VA. The cartridge plate is bullet-struck and was also found in central VA. All for sale, just email me and let's talk.

So I am brand new to this hobby after putting off getting a detector for years. I took my MD out back of my apartment today and after about a minute and a half I actually got a ding. I was Amazed. I dug it up and it actually looks and feels like a rock, but on my ace 150 its giving me a coin reading? Anybody have any idea why? Anyway I am on cloud nine just cause I found something, its very exciting.

DM if you ever need any help on those 47 acres let me know.

Ronin I love the artillery collection, really great finds.

Matt.
